I got this recipe from my husband’s aunt. She had no idea we were coming to visit and insisted we stay for dinner. She went in her pantry, pulled out some ingredients and whipped this up. I just flipped for it. She promised to give me the recipe but after a few glasses of great Italian wine we both forgot so I had to go home and recreate it to taste like hers. I think I succeeded because my family loved this meal.
