Sue’s Chicken Marsala


So, if you’ve been following our “What to Eat Wednesday” series you’re probably starting to get your “kitchen mojo”.  We think it’s time to step it up a little.  This is a simple meal but it has its challenges too.   We think it’s kind of special for your mid-week celebration because making a rich wine sauce to enhance your chicken is not your typical chicken cutlet.  Why not be a little indulgent and make a creamy lemony “mousse” to finish off the meal?
