Ok, so the last couple of weeks we really celebrated and loaded up on hearty soup, carb-filled pasta and garlic bread. We don’t want to end up “big fatties” so this week we’ll celebrate on the “light side”. We love salmon because it is so healthy, tasty and a snap to cook. What’s not to like?
